Weight lose : weight lose means donating food and sticking to only water which is not good for health ..moreover not sustainable ya it shows result quickly but at some period of time again it increase double beacause we start our normal eating til that body to starvation mood so we regain weight also we lose proper functionality of body hair falls,inching,wrinckles,glowness
Stress level increase all disease start occuring so avoid weight lose dont go more calories deficency like 500 or 900 calories dont follow without checking bmr any plan.
